Delete your PadelMind account

Delete it yourself, in the app

Open PadelMind and sign in.
Go to Profile, then Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is closed straight away and you are signed out. You cannot sign in to it again.

Can't sign in, or would rather ask us?

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 83569 98375 or email [email protected] from the email address or WhatsApp number on your account, and say "delete my PadelMind account". We check the request comes from you, then delete the account.

What is deleted

Your name, replaced by "Deleted player".
Your email address and WhatsApp / phone number.
Your profile selfie, including the stored photo file.
Your club membership number.
Your payment (UPI) ID, including the copy on any game you posted.
Your sign-in. Nobody can sign in to the account after deletion.

What is kept

The match itself. Padel is played with other people, so the match records and statistics of your team-mates and opponents stay complete. Your part in a match stays as an anonymous "Deleted player" entry that no longer points to you.
Any records we are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons.

Delete only some of your data

To correct or remove a specific piece of information without closing your account, message us on WhatsApp or email us as above and tell us which.
